Applies to www.gre.com.cy, the GRE online Quote Builder Store and our event/services bookings.

By using our site, placing an order or booking services, you agree to all sections below.
1) Terms & Conditions
1.1 Who we are
Trading name: Gavin Riseley Entertainment (GRE)
Registered/operating in: Cyprus
Website: www.gre.com.cy
Email: info@gre.com.cy
Telephone: +357 97 746032
Registered address / correspondence address: Agiou Charalambous, 4A, Kolossi 4632, Limassol, Cyprus.
1.2 Scope & acceptance
These Terms govern your use of our website, your WooCommerce account, and all purchases of goods,
digital items and services (including event bookings, equipment hire and entertainment services). By
checking the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” box at checkout or by
using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or book with us.
1.4 Accounts
- You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach.
1.5 Orders & contract formation
- After checkout, WooCommerce sends an order confirmation email. This acknowledges receipt but
is not acceptance; a contract forms when we dispatch goods or confirm a booking in writing. - We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., stock errors, pricing errors, inability to verify payment).
1.6 Pricing, VAT & currency
- Prices are shown in EUR and may include or exclude VAT depending on display settings. Any
taxes, fees or delivery/installation charges are shown at checkout. - We may update prices at any time. The price you pay is the price at checkout.
1.7 Payments
- We use secure payment gateways (e.g., Card, PayPal, bank transfer—see checkout for options).
- By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
- Bookings may require deposits and/or full prepayment—details provided at quotation/checkout.
1.8 Delivery, pickup & installation
- Estimated delivery or setup times are guidance only. We’ll notify you of significant delays.
- Risk in goods passes on delivery or pickup; title passes when payment clears in full.
- Where services include on-site setup (e.g., AV kit hire, fun casino, karaoke, DJ), you must
provide safe access, power, parking, and any site permissions.
1.9 Event & services bookings (important)
- Booking confirmation: Dates are secured only after written confirmation and any required deposit.
- Client responsibilities: Provide accurate event details (venue, timings, audience, special requirements),
ensure a safe environment, obtain venue approvals, and comply with local laws and venue rules. - Equipment care: You are responsible for loss/damage caused by attendees or third parties under your control.
- Health & Safety: We operate with appropriate risk assessments. We may pause/stop if conditions are unsafe
(e.g., weather, power faults, overcrowding). Time lost for safety reasons is still chargeable. - Force Majeure: See clause 1.16—events beyond our control may affect performance.
1.10 Cancellations & changes
- Consumer distance purchases (goods): EU consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel (cooling-off),
except for sealed items once unsealed, custom/personalised goods, perishable items, or
downloads once made available, per law. - Services & bookings: Deposits are typically non-refundable. If you cancel:
- More than 30 days before: deposit retained; any additional prepayments refunded.
- 8–30 days before: 50% of the total fee payable (less any amounts already paid).
- 7 days or fewer: 100% payable.
(Adjust these timeframes/percentages to your policy.)
- Date changes: Subject to availability and may incur an admin fee.
- Our cancellation: If we must cancel (other than for your breach), we’ll refund what you’ve paid for the affected
element or offer a reschedule where possible. We’re not liable for indirect losses (see 1.15).
1.11 Returns & refunds (goods)
- Contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Items must be unused (unless faulty) and in original
condition/packaging unless agreed otherwise. - We’ll refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof
of return, minus any deductions permitted by law (e.g., diminished value). - Faulty/DOA items will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to law and manufacturer warranty.
1.12 Digital content/downloads
- Where you purchase downloads (e.g., overlays, graphics), you’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence for your internal/business use unless stated otherwise. - Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are limited once the download link is delivered.
1.13 Gift cards, coupons & promotions
- Subject to each offer’s specific terms, expiry dates and exclusions.
- Not redeemable for cash; lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
1.14 Intellectual property
- All site content, logos, graphics and creative works remain GRE’s property or our licensors’.
- Client-provided assets: you warrant you have rights to use them and grant us a licence to use them
for your project.
1.15 Liability
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that
cannot legally be excluded. - Subject to the above, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, business,
reputation) and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order/booking.
1.16 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control
(e.g., severe weather, power/network outages, strikes, disease outbreaks, government restrictions).
1.17 Reviews & user content
You must not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing or abusive content. We may moderate or remove
content that breaches these rules.
1.18 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
1.19 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of your order/booking applies to that transaction.
