DJ Services with Sound & Light Packages
Our DJ with Sound & Light packages are based on up to 5 hours performance time.
Setup will begin 1 hour prior for our Standard package and 2 hours prior for our Advanced Package.
Additional duration (whether for earlier setup or additional performance) for either package deal is charged per hour at 60 Euros.

Minimum package is Standard DJ, including for venues that insist on use of their in-house Sound & Lighting systems. Packages can be tailored further (e.g. Everything from Standard plus Lighting Rig from Advanced); get in touch for a tailored package price!
Which DJ Package?
We will not provide a DJ package that is not suitable for the venue, period. We will not risk damaging our speakers or provide a poor sound quality just because a customer / planner does not want to pay for the advanced package.

Travel Charges
Travel is charged at approximately 60 Euros per hour from our base location in Kolossi, Limassol.
However, planners receive 40% discount as an extra saving that can be used as additional profit/commission or passed on to the customer.

Gavin Riseley Entertainment is a trading name of G R ENTS which is the registered business name of Gavin Riseley, Self-Employed in The Republic of Cyprus. Other trading names trading names include Definitive Disco, Love Lights Cyprus, Cyprus Fairground Hire, Cyprus Live Music and 360 Video Booth Cyprus. Gavin Riseley also holds All Island SBA Business License and MOD Itinerary Trade Agreements for both WSBA and ESBA British Forces Bases. Gavin Riseley has Public Liability Insurance covering all directly provided DJ, Live Music and Entertainment services with indemnity of 200,000 Euros.

Service Charges & Payments
Service charges will be the only charges due for dates and timings agreed by Booking Contract. Additional service incurs additional fees. All amounts detailed within the written booking confirmation contract are due in Euros and unless otherwise stated, booking contracts to Wedding Planners do not include VAT. Official VAT Invoices can be provided via email for any due deposit as well as the final balance. Deposits are to be paid by the due date to secure the booking; they are non-returnable and non-transferable.

Sound Output
Regardless to who makes a request to ‘turn it up’, the rules and direction from the venue staff during the event are final. Gavin Riseley Entertainment, nor its entertainment providers will not be held liable for any consequence or penalty incurred, resulting from output.
Equipment Usage
When interactive equipment has been booked, guests are to follow the rules and direction from our team/operators at all times. Our 360 Video Booth is designed only to capture a pose and substantial movement such is bouncing, jumping and dancing whilst on the booth platform is strictly forbidden. Some fairground rides and activities carry height and weight restrictions and use maybe subject to additional rules during play. Our operators reserve the right to refuse any guest not abiding by the rules or deemed too intoxicated to ‘play safe’. Children should be supervised by parent/guardian at all times while using Bouncy Castles and Inflatable Activities. Any guest disobeying the rules or direction of our DJ, Game Operators, Musicians or Entertainment team may be barred from use.
Equipment Damage
All costs for equipment damage caused by careless, intoxicated, non-rule abiding guests, or child’s-play will be the Clients full responsibility.
Wedding Planning Form
It is very important that your customer completes my Wedding Planning Form at least 3 weeks prior to their Wedding Day so that I have all the required information to be able to ensure everything runs smoothly. There will be a link to the Planning Form in the Booking Confirmation Email as well as on the Booking Contract. The Wedding Planning Form can be found by clicking the button below.
